Four talented rookies will be lacing up in J's this season as the newest members of the Jordan family
Becoming a part of Team Jordan is an honor limited to a select few. It’s reserved for those who have a pure love of the game and a commitment to excellence. Today, we welcome in four new additions to Team Jordan, all with extremely bright futures ahead of them:
Michael Kidd-Gilchrist – The second overall pick in the draft who will give Charlotte gritty athleticism and hustle on the wing. When he’s not locking down the opposition’s best player, he’s slashing through the paint for buckets. After winning a national title in his freshman year at Kentucky, he’s looking to bring his winning ways to the pros.
Kendall Marshall – Phoenix is accustomed to great point guards, and they’ve got one of the best floor generals from the college ranks joining their squad this year in Kendall Marshall. By the time he left North Carolina, Kendall had the highest career averages of any former Tar Heel in assists per game (8.0) and assist-to-turnover ratio (3.01).
Jared Sullinger – A true power forward. After a standout career at The Ohio State University, this two-time consensus All-American will be banging in the paint for Boston this year and bolstering the Team Jordan frontcourt.
Jeff Taylor – Selected 31st overall this year by Charlotte after being named to the First Team All-SEC as a senior, Jeff will give MJ’s squad added depth, length and yet another defensive presence on the perimeter.
